Refund Policy

At MUUN Design Studio, we are committed to customer satisfaction and compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

As all fabrics are cut and prepared to order, all sales are final, and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Receipt of an incorrect item
- Presence of a clear manufacturing defect
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the product.
Once approved, we will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Issue a refund via the original payment method,
  within up to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refunds do not apply to:
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Improper use or incorrect washing
- Failure to follow the provided care instructions

في ستوديو موُن للتصميم، نحرص على رضا عملائنا والالتزام بقانون حماية المستهلك في مملكة البحرين.

نظرًا لأن جميع الأقمشة يتم قصّها وتجهيزها حسب الطلب، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية ولا نقبل استرداد المبالغ بعد تأكيد الطلب وبدء تنفيذِه.
يتم استرداد المبلغ فقط في الحالات التالية:
- في حال استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب
- وجود عيب مصنعي واضح في القماش
يجب إبلاغنا بالمشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج.
بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة، سيتم:
- استبدال المنتج
- أو استرداد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة
  وذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوم عمل (حسب جهة الدفع).
لا تشمل سياسة الاسترداد:
- اختلاف الألوان البسيط الناتج عن إعدادات الشاشة
- سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل غير الصحيح
- الطلبات المخالفة لتعليمات العناية بالمنتج
