Shipping Policy

At MUUN Design Studio, we strive to deliver your orders with the best possible service, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Carriers & Dispatch Location

All orders are processed and shipped via UBex, Aramex, and DHL from our warehouse in Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Local pick-up is available for customers within Bahrain only.

2. Order Processing Time

All fabrics are cut and prepared upon order.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after processing.

Local pick-up orders are usually ready within 1 business day after order confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the courier company and the delivery address.

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are clearly displayed before payment.

Fees may vary based on location or shipment weight.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout. Any errors in the address may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, MUUN Design Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Courier companies
Weather conditions
Customs clearance
Or any circumstances beyond our control

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will do our best to assist in tracking the shipment or finding a suitable solution, in accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law.

8. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
The store is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

9. Uncollected Orders

If an order is not received by the customer and is returned to the store, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

10. Shipping & Returns

All orders are subject to the store’s Return & Exchange Policy, in accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law.

نحن في ستديو موُن للتصميم نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأفضل خدمة ممكنة ووفقًا للشروط الموضحة أدناه.

1. شركات الشحن وموقع الإرسال

يتم تجهيز وشحن جميع الطلبات عبر UBex وأرامكس (Aramex) وDHL من مستودعنا في الرفاع – مملكة البحرين.
كما نوفر خيار الاستلام المحلي للعملاء داخل البحرين فقط.

2. مدة تجهيز الطلب

جميع الأقمشة يتم قصّها وتجهيزها حسب الطلب.

يتم شحن الطلبات عادة خلال 1–3 أيام عمل بعد تجهيزها.

طلبات الاستلام المحلي تكون جاهزة عادة خلال يوم عمل واحد بعد تأكيد الطلب.

3. مدة التوصيل

تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب شركة الشحن والعنوان.

جميع مواعيد التوصيل المذكورة هي تقديرية وغير مضمونة.

4. رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب وتظهر بوضوح قبل الدفع.

قد تختلف الرسوم حسب الموقع أو وزن الشحنة.

5. تتبع الشحنة

عند شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد الشحن عبر البريد الإلكتروني مرفقة برقم التتبع الخاص بالشحنة.

📌 يرجى التأكد من كتابة عنوان الشحن بشكل صحيح وكامل عند إتمام الطلب، حيث قد يؤدي أي خطأ في العنوان إلى تأخير التوصيل أو فشل التسليم.

6. مسؤولية الشحن

بعد مغادرة الشحنة لمستودعنا، لا تتحمل ستديو موُن للتصميم مسؤولية أي تأخير في التوصيل ناتج عن:

شركة الشحن
الأحوال الجوية
التخليص الجمركي
أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا

7. الشحنات المفقودة أو المتأخرة

في حال الاشتباه بفقدان الشحنة أو تأخرها بشكل غير طبيعي، يرجى التواصل معنا، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا للمساعدة في تتبع الشحنة أو إيجاد حل مناسب، وذلك وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في مملكة البحرين.

8. عنوان الشحن

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال عنوان شحن صحيح وكامل.
المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير أو فقدان ناتج عن معلومات عنوان غير صحيحة.

9. الطلبات غير المستلمة

في حال عدم استلام الطلب من قبل العميل وإعادته للمتجر، يتحمل العميل أي رسوم إعادة شحن.

10. الشحن والاسترجاع

تخضع جميع الطلبات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة في المتجر، والمتوافقة مع قانون حماية المستهلك في مملكة البحرين.
