Return & Exchange Policy
At MUUN Design Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below, in accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All fabrics and designs are cut and prepared upon order, therefore:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect item
- Or a product with a clear manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed and an appropriate solution (replacement or compensation) will be provided in accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law.
3. Color Variations
We do our best to ensure that fabric colors are displayed as accurately as possible using natural lighting. However:
- Color variations may occur due to different screen settings and devices.
- Color differences are not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
We recommend ordering a fabric swatch prior to purchase to ensure color and texture accuracy.
4. Care & Washing Instructions
Care instructions are provided for each fabric:
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or usage.
- Washed or used fabrics are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Uncollected Orders
If an order is not collected and is returned to the store:
- Refunds will not be issued.
- The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees if re-delivery is requested.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحرص في ستوديو موُن للتصميم على رضا عملائنا، ونلتزم بتوضيح سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفقًا لما يلي:
1. المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب
جميع الأقمشة والتصاميم يتم قصّها وتجهيزها حسب الطلب، لذلك:

جميع المبيعات نهائية.

لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام الطلب وبدء القص أو الطباعة.
2. المنتجات الخاطئة أو التالفة
في حال استلام:

منتج غير مطابق للطلب

أو وجود عيب مصنعي واضح
يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج، ليتم تقييم الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب (استبدال أو تعويض)، وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في مملكة البحرين.
3. اختلاف الألوان
نحرص على عرض ألوان الأقمشة بدقة قدر الإمكان من خلال التصوير في إضاءة طبيعية، إلا أن:

اختلاف شاشات الأجهزة قد يؤدي إلى تفاوت بسيط في الألوان.

لا يُعتبر اختلاف اللون سببًا مقبولًا للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
ننصح بطلب عينة قماش قبل الشراء للتأكد من اللون والملمس.
4. تعليمات العناية والغسيل
يتم توفير تعليمات العناية الخاصة بكل قماش:

لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تلف ناتج عن الغسيل أو الاستخدام غير الصحيح.

لا تقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال للأقمشة التي تم غسلها أو استخدامها.
5. الطلبات غير المستلمة
في حال عدم استلام الطلب وإعادته للمتجر:

لا يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ.

يتحمل العميل أي رسوم إعادة شحن في حال رغب بإعادة إرسال الطلب.
