1. Definitions

- “User” or “Customer”: Any person using the website or placing an order
- “Products”: Fabrics, printed designs, and items offered on the website
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- You will use the website for lawful purposes only
3. Products
- All products are made-to-order
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website
- The store reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
5. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability
- The store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing or information errors
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
6. Shipping
- Shipping is subject to the Shipping Policy
- The store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control
7. Returns & Exchanges
- All orders are subject to the store’s Return & Exchange Policy
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and content on this website are the exclusive property of MUUN Design Studio.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The store shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Misuse of products
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control
10. Amendments
The store reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية قبل استخدام موقع ستوديو موُن للتصميم أو إتمام أي عملية شراء. باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
1. التعريف

“المتجر” أو “نحن”: ستوديو موُن للتصميم

“المستخدم” أو “العميل”: أي شخص يستخدم الموقع أو يقوم بعملية شراء

“المنتجات”: الأقمشة والتصاميم المطبوعة والمنتجات المعروضة في الموقع
2. الأهلية لاستخدام الموقع
باستخدامك للموقع، تقر بأنك:

تبلغ السن القانوني لإبرام العقود

تستخدم الموقع لأغراض مشروعة فقط
3. المنتجات

جميع المنتجات يتم تصميمها و/أو قصّها حسب الطلب

الصور المعروضة هي لأغراض توضيحية فقط

قد يطرأ اختلاف بسيط في الألوان بسبب اختلاف إعدادات الشاشات
4. الأسعار والدفع
-
جميع الأسعار معروضة بالعملة المحددة في الموقع

يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق
-
تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر بوابات دفع إلكترونية آمنة
5. الطلبات

يخضع قبول الطلبات للتوفر

يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في التسعير أو البيانات
-
بعد تأكيد الطلب وبدء التنفيذ، لا يمكن إلغاؤه
6. الشحن

يتم الشحن وفقًا لما هو موضح في سياسة الشحن

لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة
7. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

تخضع جميع الطلبات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة في المتجر
-
المبيعات نهائية للمنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب، إلا في حال وجود خطأ أو عيب
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والأنماط والمحتوى المعروض في الموقع هي ملك حصري لـ ستوديو موُن للتصميم، ويُمنع:

النسخ
-
إعادة الاستخدام
-
إعادة البيع
-
أو التوزيع
دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
9. حدود المسؤولية
لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن:

أي خسائر غير مباشرة
-
سوء استخدام المنتجات
-
الأعطال التقنية الخارجة عن السيطرة
10. التعديلات
يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وتكون التعديلات سارية فور نشرها في الموقع.
11. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين مملكة البحرين.
